The advantage of this cheese press is, that the
molds can be stacked without jumping out of
the stack and the molds (cheeses) are pressed
more equal.
It is possible to press for instance 6 molds of
1 kg and 6 molds of 0.45 kg (1 pound) at the
same time.
Less molds can be pressed by adjusting the
height of the stamp (can be easy done by a
wing nut).
The weight can vary by shifting the weight to
another grove on the lever arm.
