The vat is heated by electrical heating
elements, controlled by an electronic
system for a very accurate temperature
control of the product.
This is a new design since 2006
The drainage table has 2 perforated side
walls, to drain the whey quick an efficient.
The vertical drainage plate can be
adjusted on the quantity of curd.
Pressing plates and a block cutter is
delivered to make the drainage table
suitable for any cheese process.
The mechanical 3 stamps
press is complete made of
stainless steel.
Also delivered:

- Stainless steel milk pump
- 2 Channel temperature recorder
- Milk transport tank with spray bowl
- Hand curd cutting knife
