Cheese Vat Double 'O'
This 'double O' cheese vat is an
extension of the traditional
round cheese vat.
The cheese vat is equipped with a
double overhead stirring
machine, is triple walled and has
an insulated outer wall.
Hot or cold water can circulate in
the jacket of the vat. This is done
by means of a spray pipe for
indirectly cooling or heating the  
product.  
The stainless steel knives
guarantee an equal size of the
curd.
They are designed for to use under
the best hygienic circumstances.
The switches and sockets to
control the motorspeed,
temperature etc. are built in the
overhead bridge.
The machine is equipped with a
pneumatic tipping mechanism to
empty the cheese vat.
With a drainage vat, the curd
processing can be extended
